The wall columns are reinforced with a solid metal structure, giving the shed a lot of strength and making it easy to hang shelves or garden tools. The DuraMate 8' x 6' boasts 208 cubic ft. of room, with double doors wide enough for equipment and high enough for tall people. It's wind tested to 115 mph and it can support up to 900 pounds of snow (or one large gorilla) on the roof. Installs easily in just a few hours. For best long-term results, we recommend adding the 8' x 6' DuraMate Foundation Kit. Crafted of galvanized metals, it provides a base for installing your shed, ensuring that the shed is square. DuraMate 8x6 Foundation Kit
Foundation Kits Are Available for all DuraMax sheds. Like all sheds, DuraMax must be built on a level floor, commonly concrete or wood. We’ve simplified this process with the DuraMax foundation kit that provides a galvanized metal foundation. It eases the installation process, ensures a square shed and elevates your floor off the ground. With the foundation kit you’ll be able to build your shed the day you receive it (Plywood floor not included but can easily be laid in after shed is built.)
